Happy Halloween!

This year we went to my brother Alan's house for Halloween. We had soup with bread bowls and homemade scones with hot chocolate, and of course we weren't lacking in candy. We had lots of fun and the kids got plenty of candy.

This is Laura as Cleoplatra. She used my moms costume from last year. Maddie, a unicorn, was tired so she was on Laura's back. I would've made her walk!

My mom very talented mom made Maddie this CUTE dress. I had to put some pictures up of it. She'll probably kill me...She made one for Bailee too but I just haven't got a picture yet but I will be posting those once I get them. Thanks mom!

My Little 8-month Old Trouble Maker

Bailee turns 8-months old this week. She has been such a fun addition to our family. She has such a lively spirit. I can only imagine what she is going to be like once she starts walking...scary!

Little Family trip to Legoland

We went to Legoland with Seth's brother Gordon and his family back in the beginning of October. I've just been slacking. We had tons of fun with them and can't wait until they come see us again next year!

Maddie's First Day of Preschool

So for preschool on Friday I asked Maddie if I could do her hair, and she actually let me! As some of you may know that is a MAJOR breakthrough. She barely lets me brush her hair, let alone put something in it. She looked so cute with her hair done up.
























Maddie started preschool on Monday. I knew she was going to have a hard time when it was time for me to leave, and she did...I thought by Friday she would be doing better, but turns out Friday was the worst day yet. Hopefully Monday she'll start warming up to the idea of leaving me for a whole TWO hours. I love her, my little drama queen!

Since we had everyone in Vegas from out of town we decided to do some informal family pictures. Even though not everyone is looking at the camera in any of my pictures I'm still glad we did them because who knows the next time we'll get to do that!

Jace's Birthday Party

We were so excited to get to have a birthday party for Jacer. We don't get to see him that much and it was so great to see him. Maddie was SO excited to see him. I don't think any of the cousins stopped running the entire time they were with each other.
